  Quality of Lawn
  Manicure of Property
  Weed Control
  Trees & Plantings (Health & Appearance)
   
• Creativity:
  Overall Curb Appeal
  Originality of Yard
  Special Effects (Water/Fountains/Lights)
   
• Guidelines:
  Adherence to HOA Rules

The winner will receive one quarters' HOA dues FREE!!
