Just another reason to keep your yard looking great!  Every quarter we will be showcasing that Avalon Homeowner who has kept their yard in exceptional condition.  The Avalon Homeowners Committee will vote for and choose the best yard based on the following criteria:

Maintenance:  Quality of Lawn; Manicure of Property; Weed Control; Trees & Plantings (Health & Appearance) 

Creativity: Overall Curb Appeal; Originality of Yard; Special Effects (Water/Fountains/Lights)/L

Guidelines:   Adherence to the HOA rules

Winners receive one quarter's HOA dues FREE!
