 In An Emergency: 

• Call 911 first.
• After notifying 911, notify the Phoenix Patrol Officer at (843) 251-5015.
• If the officer is not on duty or for some reason there is no answer call Phoenix dispatch at (843) 839-2223. 
• Phoenix should be called in emergency and non-emergency situations. Since the Phoenix patrol officer is only patrolling Waterbridge and Avalon, he is only a couple of minutes away.
• Phoenix officers have powers of arrest and are armed.
